Lockhart Cares, Inc. connects our most vulnerable populations (families, foster care organizations, and other agencies) to safe and much-needed mentorship to maximize quality of life and ensure continuity of life-changing services.
About Us
Through advocacy and mentorship, Lockhart Cares, Inc ensures that the youth we serve receive a continuity of support and services from their school day to after-school programming or athletics to the place they call home. Our mentors are equipped with the skills to provide safe and reliable care during the trip and make referrals to outside organizations when needs are identified. Lockhart Cares doesn’t just drive kids, it helps them drive their future.
